Self-collection from our stores is a form of order pickup, where you come to pick up the goods at any convenient time for you. In fact, it is a reservation of goods for you. Self-collection does not oblige you to pay for the goods immediately and implies the possibility to cancel the reserved goods at any time before the purchase. In the store where you receive the order you can familiarize yourself with the goods, check the completeness and other qualities of the goods, only then you can pay for them or cancel the reserved goods.

How does self-delivery work?

We prepare it in 30 minutes, if everything is in stock (or we bring the goods for you by our couriers to the store).

Self-collection from the delivery point located in our warehouse is possible not earlier than 1 hour after placing the order (subject to stock availability). Only pre-paid orders can be picked up at this address. Information about the readiness of the order for pickup will be received by SMS message. The waiting area for order pickup is located in a specially designated place. The territory of the warehouse is an object of high danger. Entrance to the territory of the warehouse is prohibited.
Benefits of self-delivery:

Time saving. You don't wait for delivery at home, you can pick it up at any suitable moment from 09:00 to 21:00 hours, every day. Your order will be waiting for you within 4 days from the time it is ready for pickup. You can extend your order for 1 day. To do this you need to enter your personal cabinet, find your order and click on the "extend" button. For customers who do not have a personal cabinet, we will send sms, by following the link from the sms to the order page, you will also be able to extend it. An order can be prolonged only once. We remind you that orders that have already been paid for on the site are stored for a week by default.
Save money. We don't charge you any money for self-delivery.
